Decision No. 699 of 22 June 2011 sets, until 25 December 2013 anti-dumping customs duties for imported nickel-containing flat rolls made of corrosion-resistant steel (in sheets or rolls) with the nickel content 2,5% and over, originating from Brasil, China (including Taiwan and special administrative territories of Hong Kong and Macao), Republic of Korea and South African Republic. The relevant codes of the Goods Nomenclature of the Customs Union (TN VED TS) are the following: 7219 11 000 0, 7219 21 100 9, 7219 22 100 9, 7219 23 000 9, 7219 24 000 9, 7219 32 100 9, 7219 33 100 9, 7219 34 100 9, 7219 35 100 0, 7219 90 800 9, 7220 11 000 9, 7220 12 000 0, 7220 20 210 0, 7220 20 410 0, 7220 20 810 0, and 7220 90 800 0.
For the purposes of this duty the goods are identified by TN VED TS codes and by the product name.
The following anti-dumping duties are applied to the mentioned products:
Products originating from China:
– Manufactured by: Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd – 29,9%
– Manufactured by: Yeun Chyang Industrial Co., Ltd – 39,1%
– Manutactured by: other companies – 39,1%
Products originating from Korea:
– Manufactured by: POSCO, Republic of Korea, Seoul, 135-777, Kangnam-gu, POSCO Center – 4,8%
– Manufactured by: Daimyung TMS Co., Ltd. or Taihan ST Co. Ltd – 62,8%
– Manufactured by: other companies – 62,8%
Products originating from Brasil: 21,1%
Products originating from the South African Republic – 33,3%
Anti-dumping duties do not apply to the following types of nickel-containing flat rolls made of corrosion-resistant steel
– Hot-rolled flat rolls with the width over 2000 mm
– Hot-rolled flat rolls with the thickness less than 2 mm
– Hot-rolled flat rolls with the length over 6500 mm
– Cold-rolled flat rolls with the thickness less than 0,3 mm or over 3 mm
– Cold-rolled flat rolls with the thickness from 0,3 mm to 3 mm and with the width over 1500 mm
– Flat rolls with polymer coating
– Flat rolls made of the following brands of steel: 1.4310 (AISI 301 according to ASTM) and 1.4372 (AISI
– 201 according to ASTM), according to EN 10088-2/ EN 10151 and with the thickness 0,3 mm
