The adopted Decision provides that all conformity assessment documents issued or adopted for products subject to Technical Regulation (TR) on Packaged Drinking Water (TR EAEU 044/2017) before this TR enters into force (i.e. 1 January 2019) are to remain valid until their normal expiry date but not beyond 1 July 2020.
Until 1 July 2020 it is allowed to manufacture and place on the market in EAEU Member States any products that are subject to the TR if there are conformity assessment documents issued before 1 January 2019.
