EAEU: Amended lists of products subject to Technical Regulations
As of 22 April 2017, amendments to lists of products subject to certain Technical Regulations enter into force. The lists of products that are subject to the following Technical Regulations have been amended:
Technical Regulation on the Safety of Personal Protective Equipment;
Revised Rules for obtaining compulsory insurance for major hazard installations
The revised rules set out requirements for conclusion, amending, extending or terminating a contract for a compulsory civil liability insurance for owners of major hazard installations (the Contract).
Adopted methodology for calculating maximum allowable discharges
Starting from 28 February 2017 all organisations belonging to environmental hazard category I or II, discharging polluting substances into water bodies and required to calculate maximum allowable discharges of such substances, must use the adopted methodology for this calculation.
Adopted safety rules for the development of underground minerals
All organisations performing underground mining of ore and non-metallic minerals will have to comply with the adopted safety rules.
