Draft decree on licensing conditions for the activity involving landfill of domestic wastes
The licenising conditions would include the requirement to have sufficiently qualified staff, to keep copies of licensing documentation, to notify organizations contracted the licensee for services involving landfill of domestic wastes at least two years in advance in case of a planned termination of licensed activities (e.g. when waste landfill site is to be put out of operation), etc.
