Amended list of products subject to compulsory certification
Starting from 27 March 2017, electrical energy (including imported electrical energy) is no longer included into the list of products subject to compulsory certification. The list of products subject to compulsory certification, adopted by Decree No. 122 of 28 April 2011 was amended to exclude electrical energy from the list. Item 24 of the list now includes only “Mineral Fuels, Mineral Oils and Products of their Distillation; Bituminous Substances; Mineral Waxes”.
