Decision No. 702 of 22 June 2011 sets, until 18 November 2015 anti-dumping duties for the following imported products:
– Pipe casings, originating from Ukraine and classified under the following codes: 7304 24 100 1, 7304 24 100 2, 7304 24 100 3, 7304 24 100 4, 7304 24 100 9, 7304 24 900 1, 7304 24 900 9, 7304 29 100 1, 7304 29 100 2, 7304 29 100 3, 7304 29 100 4, 7304 29 100 9, 7304 29 900 1 and 7304 29 900 9 – in the amount equal 18,9% of the customs value of the products;
– Pumping-compressor pipes originating from Ukraine classified under the following codes: 7304 24 100 1, 7304 24 100 2, 7304 24 100 9, 7304 29 100 1, 7304 29 100 2, and 7304 29 100 9 – in the amount equal 19,9% of the customs value of the products;
– Oil transporting pipes with the diameter up to 820 mm, gas pipes with the diameter up to 820 mm and hot-deformed pipes of a general purpose with the diameter of up to 820 mm, originated from Ukraine and classified under the following codes: 7304, 7305 and 7306. The duties are charged as follows:
- Manufactured by “Interpipe” plc, 49801 Ukraine, Dnepropetrovsk, Stoletova, 21 – 19,4%
- Manufactured by “Interpipe” plc, 49801 Ukraine, Nikopol, Trubnikov, 56 – 19,4%
- Manufactured by “Interpipe” plc, 49801 Ukraine, Novomoskovsk, Suchkova, 115 – 19,4%
- Manufactured by “Dnepropetrovsk Pipe Factory”, 49068, Ukraine, Dnepropetrovsk, Mayakovskogo, 31 – 37,8%
- Other manufacturers – 37,8%
For the purposes of this duty the goods are identified by TN VED TS codes and by the product name.
Anti-dumping duties will not be charged if the goods are imported into the Customs Union territory during the validity of the international agreement signed pursuant to clause 3 of the Decision No. 702, provided that the importer presents manufacturer’s certificate and that the quantity set by the international agreement is not exceeded.
