Adopted Rules for the Performance of Technical Inspection of the Safety and Sustainability of Buildings and Structures
Building owners or operators must organise the technical inspection of buildings and structures in certain cases. For example, in case of a fire or if a fault has been uncovered in a supporting structure and this fault represents a risk of destruction or if a direction to perform this inspection has been issued by the state architectural and building authorities. In order to perform the inspection, the owner or operator must sign a contract with an expert organisation. The expert organisation (the expert specialist) is responsible for the accuracy of the results of the inspection.
