Adopted Code of Conduct for storage and transportation of pharmaceutical products
As of 1 March 2017 organisations storing and transporting pharmaceuticals intended for medicinal purposes are required to comply with the adopted Code of Conduct (proper practice rules). The Rules set out requirements for the quality of storage and transportation of medicines to the personnel handling medicines; to the premises and equipment used for storing pharmaceuticals; to the documents that are to be maintained in relation to the storage and transportation of pharmaceuticals and to the packaging and marking of pharmaceuticals.

Draft law on the safety of facilities manufacturing and using air separation products
If the draft law is adopted, facilities generating or using (consuming) air separation products, such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, krypton, xenon and neon-helium mixture would have to comply with a totally new set of safety requirements applicable specifically to these operations.
