As of 27 August 2017 organisations using in their production process any non-organic acids and alkaline, mercury, plastic, epoxy resins, carcinogens, mutagens, benzene and liquid nitrogen are required to comply with a consolidated set of occupational safety rules.
The adopted set of rules provides detailed requirements for production processes, organization and maintenance of workplaces, occupational safety rules for transportation, storage and handling of the relevant chemicals, etc.
Annex to the Rules provides a recommended form for an admission permit that organisations are required to issue for all highly hazardous works.
