Draft Technical Regulation for the Energy Labelling of Household Tumble Dryers
The Draft Resolution approves the Technical Regulation of Ukraine for the energy labelling of household tumble driers.
The Draft Technical Regulation of Ukraine sets out basic requirements for the energy labelling of household tumble driers. The TR is developed on the basis of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 392/2012 of 1 March 2012 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of household tumble driers.
The Draft Technical Regulation applies to household tumble driers of domestic and foreign production, including those intended for professional use, are in circulation in Ukraine from the effective date of this Technical Regulation, namely: electric mains-operated household tumble drier; gas-fired household tumble driers; built-in household tumble driers.
The TR does not apply to: household combined washer-driers; household spin-extractors.
The draft TR is to enter into force in 6 months after the date of its official publication (no details available yet).

Draft energy efficiency labelling requirements for domestic ovens and range hoods
Ukraine publishes draft Resolution "On Approval of the Technical Regulation to energy labelling of domestic ovens and range hoods" .
The Draft Technical Regulation (draft TR) is developed on the basis of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 65/2014 of 1 October 2013 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the energy labelling of domestic ovens and range hoods.
The draft TR sets out minimum requirements for domestic electric and gas ovens (including built-in stoves) and domestic electric range hoods, including hoods that are to be sold for non-domestic purposes.
Draft Technical Regulation does not apply to: ovens that use energy sources other than electricity or gas ovens which the “microwave heating” function; small ovens; portable ovens; heat storage ovens; ovens which are heated with steam as a primary heating function; ovens designed to operate only with propane and butane.
The state Agency responsible for the implementation of this draft TR is the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine.

Draft Technical Regulation on Energy Efficiency Labelling of Vacuum Cleaners
The draft Technical Regulation for the energy labelling of vacuum cleaners was published.
This TR was developed in line with the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 665/2013 of 3 May 2013 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 with regard to energy labelling of vacuum cleaners.
The draft TR sets out the requirements pertaining to the provision of information to consumers on the energy efficiency characteristics of vacuum cleaners.
