Facilities performing fire protection works, such as service and repair and service of automatic fire fighting installations (foam, powder, aerosol, water, etc.), fire alarm systems, evacuation systems, smoke protection systems, etc., are required to comply with the adopted requirements. These requirements relate to the minimum qualification of service personnel as well as organizational and technical requirements.

Adopted licensing conditions for manufacture and distribution of pharmaceuticals
The requirements apply to organisations manufacturing or selling pharmaceuticals (both wholesalers and retailers) holding a license for these activities.

Adopted criteria for assigning a degree of risk to facilities managing hazardous wastes
Each facility performing hazardous waste management operations is assigned a degree of risk. The degree of risk is assigned by the authorities in order to determine the frequency of state inspections the facility is to be subject to.

Amended criteria for the evaluation of degree of risk for facilities manufacturing especially hazardous chemicals
As of 16 November 2016, facilities manufacturing especially hazardous chemicals are to be assigned a degree of risk in accordance with revised criteria. Also, facilities with a high degree of risk are to be inspected by the relevant authorities no more frequently than once every year (previously – once every two years). The list of "especially hazardous chemicals" was adopted by Decree No. 1287 of 17 August 1998. It includes asbestos, NOx, berillium, benzene, benzapyrene, chlorine, yellow phorsphorus, etc.

Adopted revised list of types of facilities, fields of industry and territories subject to compulsory emergency service
Facilities performing certain types of activity, belonging to certain industry field and/or located in a certain territory (region) are required to sign a service contract with professional emergency response services. Such facilities include those operating major hazard installations (unless they operate their own professional emergency response service), coal mining facilities, facilities with I-III degree of chemical hazard, stationary acetylene stations, wood processing and light industry manufacturing facilities belonging to fire hazard category A or B ("Б") regardless of the size or belonging to category B with the area size of 500 square meters or more, etc.
