Anti-dumping duty for imported bearing pipes

Decision No. 701 of 22 June 2011 imposes, until 16 June 2013, anti-dumping duty of 19,4% of the customs value of imported bearing pipes originated from the People’s Republic of China (including Taiwan and special administrative areas of Hong Kong and Macao), classified under the following codes of 7304 51 120 0, 7304 51 180 1, 7304 51 180 9, 7304 51 810 0, 7304 51 890 0, 7304 59 320 0, 7304 59 380 0, 7304 59 920 0, 7304 59 930 0 and 7304 59 990 0.

Anti-dumping duty for imported synthetic nylon threads

Decision No. 700 of 22 June 2011 sets, until 24 September 2013 anti-dumping duty amounting to 11,6%  of the customs value of imported synthetic nylon threads with the density from 29 to 250 tex, originating from Ukraine and classified under the following codes of the Goods Nomenclature of the Customs Union (TN VED TS): 5402 19 000 0, 5402 45 000 0, 5402 51 000 0 and 5402 61 000 0.

 

For the purposes of this duty the goods are identified by TN VED TS codes and by the product name.

Anti-dumping customs duties for imported nickel-containing flat rolls

Decision No. 699 of 22 June 2011 sets, until 25 December 2013 anti-dumping customs duties for imported nickel-containing flat rolls made of corrosion-resistant steel (in sheets or rolls) with the nickel content 2,5% and over, originating from Brasil, China (including Taiwan and special administrative territories of Hong Kong and Macao), Republic of Korea and South African Republic.

Protection of the manufacturers of engineering fasteners

Decision No. 698 of 11 June 2011 sets, until 13 May 2012, anti-dumping customs duty of 21,8% of the customs value of engineering fasteners (bolts and nuts) manufactured by cold pressing (bolts and nuts , except nuts with the thread diameter ranging from 20 mm to 30 mm) or by hot pressing (nuts with the thread diameter from 20 mm to 30 mm), originated from Ukraine and classified under the following codes of the Goods Nomenclature of the Customs Union (TN VED TS):
