Ukraine: Adopted list of products where denatured ethanol is used and the list of denaturing additives
Facilities submitting statistical reporting for waste management activities have to use a revised form 2-TP for 2019 reports. The reports for 2019 must be submitted by facilities before 1 February 2020.
Facilities must include into the form 2-TP the information about their waste generation, recycling, processing, disposal and neutralisation. All waste handling facilities must complete and submit this form. Failure to submit the statistical reporting form 2-TP will result in a fine.
As of 1 June 2012, manufacturers and importers of personal protective equipment into the EAEU (Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan) are required to comply with the requirements set out in the Technical Regulation on the Safety of Personal Protective Equipment (TR TS 019/2011) – the EAEU TR on PPE.
Manufacturers and importers of milk and dairy products are to be required to label such products with identification marks.
Milk and dairy products have been included into the list of products that are subject to compulsory marking with identification marks. Other products that are also in this list include tobacco, perfumery, footwear, etc.

Manufacturers and importers of mineral and drinking water may have to label their products with identification marking. Draft law that would introduce an experiment for ID marking of drinking and mineral water was published by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The experiment would take place from 1 October 2019 to 30 September 2020.
