Manufacture and release into circulation of fish and fish products that were not subject to compulsory conformity assessment before the TR on the Safety of Fish and Fish Products entered into force, is permitted until 1 March 2019.
Until 1 September 2019 it is permitted to release into circulation fish and fish products that have conformity assessment documentation issued before the TR on the Safety of Fish and Fish Products entered into force.
Technical Regulation on the Safety of Fish and Fish Products TR EAEU 040/2016 enters into force on 1 September 2017.
