As of 13 December 2017, manufacturers and importers of milk and dairy products are to use the revised list of standards the voluntary use of which ensures compliance with the Technical Regulation on the Safety of Milk and Dairy Products (TR TS 033/2013).
In addition, the list of standards containing rules and methods for testing, measurement and analyses (including sample taking rules) required to implement the TR requirements, has also been updated and enters into force as of 13 December 2017.
