As of 19 February, the revised version of the Rules for the registration and record-keeping of chemical products enters into force. The amendments were introduced by Order No. 83 (Reg. No. 18326) of 19 February 2019.
As a result of the amendments, it is now possible for importers or manufacturers (suppliers) of chemical products to submit registration application and dossier for chemical products online (providing electronic safety data sheets) via the internet service called “Government – for Citizens”. The electronic copies of SDS are to be submitted in both Kazakh and Russian languages.
