As of 1 January 2023, facilities that generate waste and perform waste management operations are required to use a revised waste management reporting form.
The form is to be used in order to submit yearly reports on the waste management operations and the quantity of generated and handled wastes to the State Statistics Authority.
The name of the form is “No. 1 – Wastes” and it should contain (among other things) the information about the reporting facility, the amount of wastes that have been generated during the reporting period (one year), the hazard class for each type of waste and the quantity of wastes exported from Ukraine.
As of 1 January 2023, the existing waste reporting form adopted on 25 June 2021 by Decree No. 164 is to be repealed.
