Adopted Technical Regulation for Simple High Pressure Vessels
The Regulation sets out technical and safety requirements for simple high pressure vessels placed on the Ukrainian market. The Regulation has been developed based on the EU Directive 2014/29/EC on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of simple pressure vessels.

Adopted lists of goods the import and export of which is subject to licensing in 2017
The lists include ozone depleting substances, products that may contain ozone depleting substances, such as paints and varnishes, haircare products and other personal care products in aerosol packaging, fire extinguishers, air humidifiers, etc.

Amended Technical Regulation on Requirements for Vehicle Petrol, Diesel, Ship and Boiler Fuel
According to the amendment, the requirements of the Technical Regulation do not apply to boiler fuel used in stationary heating and energy installations of heating power plants and boiler installations, to boiler fuel manufactured by oil and gas processing plants located in Ukraine, during the period from 1 January 2017 until 31 December 2017, provided that the statutory SO2 emission limits are complied with.
