Adopted procedure for fire safety, technical safety and civil protection inspections
From 22 December 2015 the inspections checking compliance with fire safety, technical safety and civil protection requirements are to be performed by the authorities in accordance with the adopted Procedure. The Procedure regulates which documentation the authorities must develop in order to commence the inspection and to complete the inspection, the content of the notification the authorities must send to the inspected organization, the duration of any inspection and so on.
