Updated list of standards for oil and fat products
Decision No. 23 of 15 March 2016 of the Eurasian Economic Commission Collegiate sets out the transitional provisions for entering into force of the amendments to the Technical Regulation on the Safety of Perfumery and Cosmetics.
As of 25 January 2017 manufacturers and importers of cosmetic products in the EAEU (the former Customs Union) will have to issue a conformity declaration pursuant to one of the prescribed schemes: 3d, 4d or 6d.
