Uzbekistan: Technical Regulation on the Safety of Juices
The Government has moved forward the date from which identification marking of footwear becomes mandatory from 1 March 2020 to 1 July 2020 by amending the rules for mandatory marking of footwear adopted by Decree No. 860 of 5 July 2019.
UPDATE: THE DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED ONCE AGAIN.
Manufacturers and importers of chemical products and substances in the Russian Federation are able to submit chemical inventory (a “pre-registration” process) until 1 May 2020.
As of 1 March 2020, it becomes forbidden to sell footwear and shoes without the required identification marking. Manufacturers and importers that all footwear and shoes produced or imported after this date have been labelled with the unique code that looks similar to a QR code. In order to sell any remaining stock to retailers or end users, it is required to label it with the identification codes.
We would like to remind you about the important deadlines related to the introduction of the mandatory labelling of perfumes and toilet water in the Russian Federation.
Until 31 March 2020, market participants (importers, manufacturers, etc.) are required to register themselves in the centralised marking system.
As of 28 April 2020, manufacturers and importers of foods of animal origin in Ukraine have to ensure their products comply with the set concentration levels for active veterinary medicine components.
Maximum allowed concentration levels have been set for over 100 active substances, including amoxicillin, cyfluthrin, emamectin, netobimin, oxibendazole, paracetamol, permethrin, etc.
